Renaissance
Catalogue and wayfinding for a group show revisiting Renaissance print technique through contemporary screenprint.
Project
Placeholder copy. Renaissance brought together six printmakers working from the same historical reference sheet. The catalogue needed to hold six very different hands in one system without flattening any of them.
Directions
Placeholder copy. The route that shipped borrows the register mark itself — usually hidden at the trim edge — and brings it into the visible layout as the recurring wayfinding device, on the catalogue pages and the gallery signage alike.
System
Placeholder copy. One grid, one caption face, and the register mark at a fixed size and position on every spread — small enough to read as punctuation, not as decoration.
Delivered
Placeholder copy. Delivered as a printed catalogue, gallery wall signage and a set of printer-ready press files for the six contributing artists.
